The first 100 days of the new government will be complete by coming Sunday, according to the spokesperson for President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
Speaking to ‘One Online’ on Monday, Hoodh noted that the change in date was due to the unexpected holiday that the President declared recently. Following the Parliamentary Election, the President had declared yesterday as a holiday.
According to Hoodh, April 13, Sunday will now be the end of the first 100 days of the government.
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih assumed office on November 17, 2018 after beating then President Abdulla Yameen at the election with the help of the opposition coalition.
A total of 161 pledges were announced to be completed within these 100 days. A lot of these have already been completed.
