A fire incident at the Male' City harbor had burned down six speed boats beyond use.

Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) said that the fore incident, that took place at the Male' South harbor towards the stadium, was reported at 6:13 a.m. this morning.

One person was injured in the fire according to MNDF Fire and Rescue, and is being treated at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

Maldives Police Service said that a foreigner was injured in the fire incident this morning at the Male' South Harbor and the fire was reported to the Police at 6:10 a.m.
