A man has been found dead inside a residential house in the Maafannu district in Male’ City.

Maldives Police Service said that the deceased is a 60-year-old Maldivian national.

Police said that a report was made by the MNDF around 10:19 a.m. this morning as there were no response from the man’s room. Paramedics from the ADK Hospital has confirmed the death to the police.

Due to the staircase at building of the deceased, there are challenges in removing the body according to the police but they are working with the MNDF Fire and Rescue.
