Two individuals have been remanded in police custody in connection with the torching of a car at the Sinamale’ 1 parking zone on Buruzu Magu.

The incident occurred around 1825hrs on November 25, and the suspects, identified as 35-year-old Khalid Mahmood and 31-year-old Hassan Naseem, were arrested shortly after. A local court has ordered their detention for 15 days while police continue their investigation.

Authorities are working to determine the motive behind the act and gather further evidence as part of the ongoing inquiry.
