Hawks Private Limited has purchased two plots of land in Thilafushi for MVR 18.7 million. The land was acquired from the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), which manages Thilafushi.

The first plot, measuring 16,701.59 square feet, was purchased for MVR 9.9 million, while the second plot, measuring 14,777.22 square feet, cost MVR 8.7 million.

The Civil Court ruled yesterday that the transaction between HDC and Hawks was valid, confirming Hawks Private Limited as the rightful owner of the two plots.
