Parliament unanimously approved the appointments of Abdulla Khaleel as Finance Minister, Moosa Zameer as Health Minister, and Abdulla Nazim as Public Policy Secretary at the President's Office.

This marks the first cabinet reshuffle made by President Dr Mohamed Muizzu.

Previously, Moosa Zameer held the role of Foreign Minister, Abdulla Haleel was Health Minister, and Abdulla Nazim served as the Finance Minister. Former Finance Minister Mohammad Shafiq has not been assigned a new role.
