City police have launched a search for a woman suspected of extorting money through fraudulent means.

Police stated they are seeking Hawwa Thauleema, 41, of Maalhos, Banafsaage, in connection with a case involving fraudulent withdrawal of funds. Hulhumale' Phase 1 Police Station has issued a summons under Section 27 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as she has not returned a signed notice and her exact residence is unknown.

Police have requested that Hawwa Thauleema report to Hulhumale' Phase 1 Police Station for further investigation.
