The Business Center Corporation (BCC) will hold information sessions for food preparers in Addu City and Fuvahmulah City.
In Fuvahmulah, the session—organised in collaboration with the city’s hospital and council—will take place on November 1 from 2015-2230 hrs at the Kurudhuma Maalam venue of the Fuvahmulah City Council. Participants will receive guidance on food safety regulations, licensing through the Dithiri portal, and safe food handling practices.
The Addu City session, led by BCC, is set for November 5 at the Addu City Council Conference Hall. The timing will be finalized based on participant availability. The session will cover food safety regulations, MNDF inspection preparation, licensing via the Dhithiri portal, and safe food handling practices.
