Ibrahim Noordeen has been removed from the board of the Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) on Thursday.

Privatization and Corporatization (PCB) Chairman Hamdhee Ageel confirmed to One Online that Noordeen has been removed from the MACL board. However, the reason for his dismissal is unclear.

Noordeen has been on the Board of MACL since March, 2019. While Noordeen has been removed from the board, Mohamed Umar Manik (M.U. Manik) resigned from the board alst February.

Noordeen, who is also a director of Crown & Champa Resorts has served on the board of MACL twice in the past.
