A total of 469 STELCO employees have successfully completed the company's leadership enhancement program.

STELCO’s Managing Director, Hussain Fahmy, announced on X that 469 employees have participated in the program till now, which was themed "Strengthening the Path to a Brighter Future." Fahmy highlighted that 51 teams from STELCO underwent training at the Girifushi Training Centre and have since returned to work, better equipped to contribute to the company’s success.

“The program, which trained 469 employees over nine batches, reflects STELCO’s commitment to building strong leadership and guiding the company toward a brighter future,” Fahmy stated.

Fahmy expressed gratitude to the Sports Minister Abdulla Rafiu and President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu for the success of the program.
