Two individuals have been arrested in connection with selling alcohol during a raid in Hulhumale' Phase 3.

The operation followed a tip-off from Counter Narcotics Intelligence, which revealed illegal activities related to the possession, use, and sale of alcohol.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Paran Das, 49, and Al Amin, 30, both Bangladeshi nationals.

Police conducted the raid at a construction site in Hulhumale' Phase 3, where they apprehended the suspects. Upon searching the premises, authorities discovered 324 cans of beer, 378 beer bottles, ten 5-litre bottles and seven 500ml bottles believed to contain alcohol.

The operation was a collaborative effort between Counter Narcotics Intelligence and the Drug Enforcement team. Investigations are currently ongoing.
