MPL to develop 10-storey corporate building in Hulhumale'

Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has unveiled plans to construct a 10-storey corporate building in Hulhumale'.

In an announcement made today, MPL revealed that the project will be carried out on a contractor financing basis. The building, covering 9,580 square feet of land, will be situated in front of the Hulhumale' ferry terminal.

Interested parties are required to submit their expression of interest by October 10.

The building will feature a dedicated floor for conferences and events, another for cafes and restaurants, and a separate floor for business activities. Additionally, two floors will be allocated for residential purposes.

MPL also noted that office spaces will be available for rent, and the building will include a basement and parking facilities.
