President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has delivered a speech at Princeton University, following an invitation from Dean Amaney A. Jamal, the Edwards S. Sanford Professor of Politics and International Affairs at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.

This engagement was part of the renowned “Dean’s Leadership Series.”

Upon arrival, President Dr. Muizzu was warmly welcomed by Dean Jamal and senior university officials. He addressed the audience at the prestigious Arthur Lewis Auditorium, followed by a Fireside Chat and a Q&A session with students and faculty.

The President's address covered significant topics related to the Maldives, including the challenges faced by Small Island Developing States (SIDS), the strategic importance of the Indian Ocean, and the impacts of climate change.
