The Business Centre Corporation (BCC) has announced plans to build a facility for small businesses to store goods.

According to a statement, the BCC will construct the warehouse in Hulhumalé Phase 1, providing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a space to store their items.

BCC has invited interested parties to submit bids for the construction of the building, which will be developed through a partnership model. This could involve contractor financing, a joint venture, or a lease arrangement.

Bidders are required to submit detailed proposals outlining the design, engineering, construction plans, and management of the facility.
