Ooredoo Maldives has announced a strategic partnership with Villa College to provide training and internship opportunities to empower the next generation in a digital world.

Ooredoo said, “This agreement will open new avenues for Villa College students and alumni to gain experience from industry experts and enable them to successfully navigate the rapidly evolving field of telecommunications and technology,".

Ooredoo Human Resource Director Fazna Mansoor said the agreement with Villa College will help produce leaders in the field of technology and telecommunications.

The industry is growing and requires skilled workers who are knowledgeable and ready to meet emerging challenges and through its partnership with Villa College, Ooredoo aims to equip students with the practical skills and industry insight needed to thrive in this field.

The agreement with Villa College will provide students with internships, training sessions and hands-on technical experience, and will put them in the workforce, familiarize them with future developments and make them fully equipped to contribute to the country’s digital transformation.
