A man has been injured in a collision between a pickup and a motorcycle in Hulhumale' Phase II.

The police added that police personnel have been deployed at the accident site.

The motorcyclist was injured in the accident and was taken to Hulhumale' Hospital for treatment, a Maldivian woman said.

However, details of his injuries are yet to be ascertained.

In the recent past, there has been a spurt in accidents in the city, with two people dying in two separate accidents.
