Naif appointed as DMD of WAMCO

Ibrahim Naif, former Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of FENAKA Corporation has been appointed as DMD of Waste Management Corporation (WAMCO).

The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) is yet to announce Naif appointment as DMD of WAMCO. However, WAMCO's social media accounts welcomed Naif's appointment. It is not immediately clear when exactly the appointment was made.

Naif was dismissed as DMD of Fenakai on August 8 , 2024. He was joined by Ahmed Shaheer, who was the chairman of the company, and Ahmed Ehab, a board member, who were also dismissed on the same day. The PCB, however, did not give any reason for their dismissal from the board.
