A dead body has been discovered in Kulhudhuffushi City lagoon.

In a message to the media on Wednesday, police said that officers were active on the scene after a man was found unresponsive in the lagoon.

'One' has come to learn that the deceased is Mohamed Hassan, 36, who was pronounced dead by the Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital.

Police are investigating the incident.
