President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has conferred the highest honour of serving the Nation to Late Hussain Salahuddin.

The president's highest honour of serving the nation is the highest honour bestowed upon those who have rendered outstanding service to the nation.

Salahuddin was honoured with the highest honour of serving the nation at this year's National Day function held at Dharubaaruge this morning.

President Dr. Muizzu presented the plaque of honour to Hussain Shihab, the eldest grandson of Salahuddin. Salahuddin's family members including Chief Justice Muthasim Adnan, Ahmed Shihab and Ismail Shareef were also present at the meeting.
