A complaint against Chief Judge of the Civil Court has been filed with the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

A JSC media officer told One Online today that information on cases will be made public after the investigation. However, he did not say whether a case had been filed against the chief judge.

One Online has learned that the chief judge's case was filed against the recruitment process. As such, the case alleges that the court has been made a place where employees endorsed by the leaders are the only ones to be hired to the court.

It also noted that written examinations are prepared to give unfair advantages to such applicants, while presentations for the interview process have also been prepared by top officials at the court.

The case further noted that the login of the Chief Judge had been used to prepare a presentation, to promote a court officer to legal officer.
