The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened the opportunity for interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to develop 15 parking buildings in Hulhumalé.

The parking buildings being developed to address the parking issues in the city will also include commercial units in them.

The HDC said the EPC+F (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Finance) model will be given priority in allocating the project. If more than one party expresses interest in the project and submits a proposal, the project will be awarded to the most complete proposal.

The HDC said the EOIs will be evaluated based on the proposed business model, operator experience and CSR.
