STELCO on Wednesday launched their hotline service, 1545.
The hotline was launched as a live premiere on their social media platforms at 15:45 pm today.
STELCO said it introduced the number as part of its efforts to work closely with the people and provide ease of services. The number can be used to get information related to all services provided by STELCO, electricity bills, complaints, and other matters related to the company.
STELCO said customers can now communicate with STELCO's contact center via Viber, WhatsApp, and Telegram along with STELCO Care.
STELCO Managing Director Hussain Fahmyi said the aim is to work closely with the people in every way and remain a company that has ensured the trust and confidence of the people.
