The Maldives Immigration has deported a group of migrants for running a prostitution ring in the Maldives.

Immigration revealed that they were arrested on August 11, 2024 during a joint inspection conducted by them and the Police after intelligence was received by the Police.

Three foreign women involved in prostitution and a foreign man who worked as their agent have been deported following the raid.

One of the women was deported on the 12th of this month. The remaining two women were deported on the 19th of this month, while their agent was deported on Sunday.
