Adam Haleem (Mundoo Adam Haleem) has been appointed as the chief of staff at the official residence of the Speaker of Parliament.

The appointment was made on 28 July, 2024.

Communications Director at Parliament, Hassan Ziyau confirmed the appointment on Thursday.

Mundoo Adam Haleem has over 20 years of experience as a journalist. He has worked as a journalist at Aafathis, Haveeru, Sun, VMedia, Avas, and his own online media, The Mirror over his decades as a journalist.

He has also won the National Award for Public Service and the Golden Pen in the field of journalism
