A police officer's motorcycle was set on fire in Noonuu Henbadhoo last night.

Police Spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ahmed Shifan tweeted today that a police motorcycle was set on fire and a police motorcycle was damaged yesterday.

“This is allegedly done by the accused against a drug operation being conducted by the police in the Noonu Atoll,” Shifan said.

He said such an act would not change the courage and determination of the police and reminded those who are acting in such a mindset.
