Several students of National College of Policing and Law Enforcement in Addu have fallen ill and are being treated at Addu Equatorial Hospital.

In a message to the media, the police said it appeared to have been caused by food poisoning and the students were now being taken back to college after treatment, but did not say how many students were being treated.

It is learnt that some students fell ill due to food poisoning, but this has not been confirmed by addu Equatorial Hospital.
