Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced 11 smart parking spots for lease on Fithuroanu Magu near Hulhumale' Ferry Terminal.

In a notification on Friday, HDC said the 11 parking spots will be leased out for a period of 3 years. Bid forms can be submitted between 1300-1400hrs on July 25 and bidding will take place at 1430hrs the same day.

HDc said the bidding process will be held at the exhibition centre at HDC building.

Additionally, HDC said that the starting price for bid is MVR 1,500 and the parking spots will be allotted to the highest bidders.

Bidders should be Maldivians aged 18 and above who have a vehicle registered to their name in the greater Male' region. HDC said bidders cannot be someone who already rents a parking space there or has defaulted on dues to HDC.
