Police have arrested a local man and three Thai nationals alleged of solicitation in Male' City.

In a message sent to the media, Police said that they conducted a raid on Thursday night following a tip-off that a group of foreigners were soliciting under the guise of a spa.

A 55-year-old Maldivian man and three Thai women, two aged 30 and one aged 28 were arrested during the Police operation on Thursday night.

The case is under investigation and Police on Wednesday night also arrested two Vietnamese women alleged of soliciting.
