Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef initiated the Aséria Homes & Townhouses project with a groundbreaking ceremony held this evening in Hulhumalé Phase II.

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) contracted Batch Construction Private Limited for the construction of the Aséria Homes & Townhouses on a plot spanning 19,746.88 square meters.

The Aséria Homes & Townhouses will offer three distinct types of residences - 37 Beach Dwellings, 14 Garden Dwellings, and 22 Urban Dwellings.

This upscale residential construction project is slated for completion within a three-year timeframe.
