Tree Top Hospital has launched 'Home Care' physiotherapy services.

Tree Top Hospital on Tuesday introduced a new 'Home Care' service which allows patients to receive physiotherapy treatments in the comfort of their own homes.

According to Tree Top Hospital, this new service will enable individuals requiring physiotherapy to receive treatment without visiting the hospital. The hospital stated that the 'Home Care' service would provide significant relief for elderly patients, those requiring long-term care for chronic conditions, individuals needing post-surgical care, and those with mobility issues due to various injuries.

Currently, the 'Home Care' service is only available in Malé City. However, Tree Top said the hospital has plans to expand this service to other regions in the future.

The 'Home Care' physiotherapy service includes:

  • • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • • Stroke rehabilitation
  • • Chronic condition rehabilitation

Tree Top' s 'Home Care' services are available from 0700-0900hrs and 2000-2200hrs, the hospital said.

This innovative service aims to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for patients who face challenges in visiting the hospital regularly for their physiotherapy needs.
