Allied Insurance has signed as the insurance partner of this year's Maldives Marine Industry Forum.

The Maldives Marine Industry Forum is an annual gathering of government officials as well as leading private sector players in the marine sector to participate, exchange ideas, identify fundamental challenges facing the industry, propose solutions, and raise awareness on such issues.

This year's forum will be held on July 6 at Meerumaa Hall.

Allied Insurance said that in addition to participating as an insurance partner of the forum, it will also participate in the panel discussion of this year's forum as part of its commitment to the sector as Maldives' leading insurer. The panel will be attended by Underwriting Deputy Manager Hussain Sawad.

Allied said the panel discussion will focus on its role within the marine industry and how insurance can protect sector service personnel and answer questions from participants.
