While the Prosecutor General’s office has asked the Criminal Court to issue an arrest of former President, Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, he has been summon to court a few moments ago. President Yameen has been summoned to court to pass the hearing regarding his arrest.

Former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom had arrived at Criminal Court at 1:28 pm.

Attorneys of the Prosecutor General’s office have also arrived at the Criminal Court.
