President Solih inaugurates the largest school in Maldives to date- Huravee School today. The school is located in the Northern district if Hulhumale' .

There are reportedly 54 classrooms in the school equipped to teach 1,450 students at any one time.

While there are various equipment at school to fascilitate different classes, two classrooms have been made specifically for children with special needs.

There are seven floors per block in the buildings of the school that comes with a large library and 2 science laboratories.

Classes are set to commence at the school today, with 780 students in classrooms. While the school teaches classes of up to grade 9, grades 10, 11 and 12 will begin next year.
