Maldives Transport and Construction Company (MTCC) has said that the Raa Atoll Rasmaadhoo Harbor Development Project is underway.

The company said that 11 percent of the project has now been completed.

An area of 9,000 cubic meters will be developed for the harbor along with an outer sea wall of 377 meters, 600 square meters of pavement, harbor lights and streetlight installation.

The project worth MVR 21.91 million was contracted to MTCC in December 2019.
