43 percent of Fehendhoo Harbor Project completed

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has said that 43 percent of the Baa Atoll Fehendhoo Harbor Development Project has been completed.

The project worth MVR 49.6 million contracted to the company began on 10 November on 2019. And so, 76 percent of harbor entry depth has been completed along with 80 percent of harbor basing.

As part of the project, an area of 25,000 cubic meters of harbor depth will be acquired with 282 meters of revetment, 214 meters of key wall and breakwater development.

The project also entails a ramp and the harbor and jetty lights.
