Maldives Police Service has begun a search for those involved in the violent confrontation in Male’ City yesterday.

Police said that officers responded to the scene of a violent confrontation on Boduthakurufaanu Magu near the Hulhule’ ferries around 1:30 p.m. after CCTV caught the attack. Officers arrested a local man at the scene yesterday.

As the case is being investigated, police are looking for the people involved.
