A man has been attacked and injured near Maya Clinic in Male’ City.

Maldives Police Service has confirmed that the victim was attacked with a sharp object near the medical clinic in Maafannu district.

Police said that the attack was reported around 1:18 p.m. today and further information regarding the case will be shared as they become available.

Sources say that the victim of the attack is of foreign nationality.
