A man has been found dead inside a residential house in Male’ City.

The deceased is a 33-year-old local man. The body was transferred to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) this morning in an ambulance.

Maldives Police Service said that they received a report that the body was being taken to IGMH around 6:25 a.m. this morning.

While the police have not announced the cause of death, police are following procedure regarding deaths.
