Criminal Court has remanded the suspects involved in the kidnapping that took place in Male’ City by ten days.

Two men were arrested yesterday in connection to the case.

One Media has learned that two young men of the ages 19 and 22 kidnapped a middle-aged man and kept him at a house in Maafannu district.

Maldives Police Service revealed today that the court remanded the two men accused of kidnapping and torture by ten days at a location assigned by the Home Ministry.
