Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has reported that 564 of the flats under its management are not paying rent on a regular monthly basis.
In a post on X, FDC said rent was being paid on time for 3,362 flats, while payments for the remaining 564 units were not in compliance with the required schedule.
The corporation has also received 49 complaints involving breaches of flat regulations, most of which concern unauthorised alterations to apartments. Of the 28 reported cases in this category, five parties have been fined, while 23 remain under investigation.
FDC also identified 16 cases of unauthorised subletting. Five parties have been fined, two have received notices and the remaining nine cases are under review.
Three cases involving improper waste disposal were also reported, with fines imposed in two cases. The corporation is also reviewing two cases of failure to comply with its instructions.
