Parliament Speaker and PNC Chairperson Abdul Raheem Abdulla has travelled to Islamabad, Pakistan, with 15 PNC-affiliated MPs.

The Parliament Secretariat said the visit is a personal trip by the Speaker and the accompanying MPs and therefore did not provide details of an official programme.

The delegation includes PNC Deputy Chairperson Ibrahim Shujau, Deputy Parliamentary Group Leader Mohamed Shahid, and MPs from several constituencies across the Maldives.

The group also includes Speaker Abdul Raheem’s Bureau Chief and former MP Ahmed Nihaan Hussain Manik.
