High Court Judge Ibrahim Mahir has honorably retired from his post.

Judge Ibrahim Mahir was appointed to the High Court on September 25 last year. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Judge of the Family Court.

Judge Mahir spent the majority of his long career in the judiciary at the Family Court, where he served for over 15 years.

He submitted his decision to retire honorably to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) last August.

Following his honorable retirement from the bench, the High Court extended its gratitude for the valuable services he rendered to the court.
