Police have launched search efforts to locate a 25-year-old woman reported missing in Malé.

Police stated today that operations are underway to find Maryam Maaee Jameel (25), Gulzaaruge, L. Mundoo, following a missing person report lodged by her family after she disappeared without a trace.

Maaee, who currently resides in Malé, was reported missing to the police in the early dawn hours of the first of this month.

Authorities have requested anyone with information regarding Maaee’s whereabouts to contact the Henveiru Police Investigation unit at 9400053 or the police hotline at 3322111.
