Two adults and a minor have been arrested with a kilogram of drugs in Male’ City.

Maldives Police Service said that a house was searched and two adults and a minor under the age of 18 were arrested in Henveiru during a special operation by the Drug Enforcement Department of the police last night following a report of selling drugs.

The two adults arrested are both men of the ages 38 and 42.

Police said that they found 1 kilo and 146 grams of suspected drugs during the search of the house. The case is being investigated further.
