According to MPL, the project was carried out under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative following a request from the Housing Ministry.

Designed by staff from MPL's Projects Department, the physical construction work of the toilet block was executed by employees from the company's Facility Department.

Featuring two toilets and a shower area, the facility was built to be easily accessible for wheelchair users, persons with special needs, and people of all ages.
