The National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) has officially established a dedicated call center in Addu City and commenced its operations today. According to a press release issued by the agency, the new service branch has been set up within the existing NSPA Addu Office.

Alongside the launch of this regional facility, NSPA has significantly extended its overall call center operating hours starting today. The hotline will now be active six days a week, from Saturday through Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

This marks a substantial expansion from the previous schedule, under which call center services were only available on official working days from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

NSPA highlighted that this development is aimed at providing maximum convenience to the public. The extension of hours and the addition of the Addu branch will make it much easier for citizens to inquire about services, access information, and obtain up-to-date status reports on their welfare assistance applications.
