Zaina Abdulla, a native of GA. Dhaandhoo, has been appointed as a member of the Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB).

Zaina brings over 10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, with specialized expertise in corporate finance, Islamic banking, and state-owned enterprise (SOE) governance. She currently serves as the Head of Corporate Processing at the Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB).

Prior to her current role at MIB, Zaina also gained experience within the regulatory body by serving as a Senior Officer at the PCB.

Her educational background includes a Master of Islamic Finance Practice from the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF) in Malaysia, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune in India.
