The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has opened applications to lease commercial units in the Hiyaa Towers today.

According to the announcement made by HDC today, interested parties can submit proposals for the commercial units located in Tower 10 and Tower 12 before the 1st of next month.

The corporation opened these spaces for lease following the expiration of their previous agreements. Currently, these units are being utilized to operate shops and restaurants.

HDC specified that the designated allocations for the commercial spaces in Tower 12 include a shop, a café, a clinic, and either a gym or a pharmacy. Meanwhile, the space in Tower 10 is allocated for a shop, a café, and either a clinic or a gym.
