The other group consists of Iran, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
The Maldives has so far played against Kyrgyzstan, India, and Nepal. They lost all three matches without winning a single set. Although they put up a good fight against Kyrgyzstan, the sets concluded at 25-19, 25-16, and 25-22.
