The Department of Public Examinations (DPE) has stated that the release of the results for the O' Level examinations held last January will begin today.

DPE stated that the results of the SSC and Cambridge IGCSE O' Level exams will be available starting from 12:00 PM today.

According to DPE, the results for candidates who participated in the exams privately will be released upon presentation of their ID cards. If someone is sent on their behalf, both the student's ID card and the ID card of the person collecting the results must be presented.

A total of 8,218 students from 267 centers participated in the SSC and Cambridge IGCSE O' Level examinations held last January. This includes 246 centers in the islands and 21 centers in Malé.

The O' Level examinations for students completing grade ten this year will commence in October.
